Jeromy Hagemier
Founder | Builder | Problem-Solver
Jeromy Hagemier is the hands behind every build and the heart behind Master Stacker. A third-generation craftsman with over 25 years in the construction industry, Jeromy has spent his life building things that last — homes, projects, and now a brand that helps others get organized and take pride in their workspaces.
What started as a simple solution for his own cluttered garage quickly turned into a fast-growing business. “I just needed a better way to store my tools and totes,” Jeromy says. “Nothing in stores could handle the weight or make use of my wall space. So I built what I needed and soon enough, friends and neighbors were asking for their own.”
That hands-on, problem-solving spirit still defines Master Stacker today. Jeromy personally designs, builds, and delivers every unit with the same attention to detail and integrity that built his reputation. From precise joinery to custom add-ons, his work is about more than just storage, it’s about helping people create functional, efficient spaces that actually work.
When I’m not in the shop, I enjoy spending time with my family , hunting, fishing and being in the Great Outdoors.

How strong are Master Stacker racks and workbenches? Can they handle real weight?
Yes — our racks and benches are built for real-world use, not decorative storage. We use solid 2x4 framing, heavy-duty fasteners, and 3/4” MDF tops for durability that far exceeds what you’ll find at big-box stores. Each tote rack is designed to hold fully loaded bins without sagging or wobbling, and our benches are built to take a beating — whether you’re working on tools, engines, or home projects.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. Customization is one of the things that makes Master Stacker different. You can adjust dimensions, add caster wheels, include extra shelves, request pegboards, integrate power strips or lighting, and even choose custom paint or stain finishes. If you’re not sure what setup would work best, we’re happy to walk you through the options and design something that fits your workflow perfectly.
What’s the turnaround time for an order?
Most standard builds are ready in just 2–3 days. For larger or custom jobs, we typically need up to a week. We believe fast doesn’t have to mean rushed — we work efficiently without cutting corners. And if you’re within 30 miles of Indianapolis, delivery is free. For customers outside that area, we can arrange regional delivery or pickup.
What’s included in a tote rack or workbench order?
Each order includes:
- The complete rack or bench frame
- 27-gallon heavy-duty totes (for tote rack models)
- Industrial caster wheels for mobility
- Any custom add-ons you select
- Free delivery within 30 miles of Indianapolis
We aim to make it plug-and-play — no trips to the hardware store, no confusing assembly. Just show us where it goes, and you’re ready to work.
